You don't need to stop using perfumes and moisturizers, you just need to first apply the cosmetics, wait for them to dry for a few minutes, and then put your pieces on.

These products have a variety of substances that, when in contact with the pieces, can contribute to the oxidation of the bath and the deterioration of the layers. 
 

Store with care

Avoid exaggerated exposure to sunlight, light, humidity, and scented materials. 
Use velvet bags or put them in separate boxes to prevent your jewelry from scratching each other.

Avoid falls

Be careful not to let your pieces fall on the floor. Pieces with crystals or natural stones can break when they fall and this is beyond repair.
